Brief Answer:
Anal fistula

Detailed Answer:
You have anorectal abscess with tracks to the external opening (anal fistula).

You need to be treated with a course of antibiotic as per sensitivity report which in your case should be either Cefoperazone/sulbactum or Pipercillin-tazobactum combination ( greater diameter of clearance) for a period of 7 days. Both are however injectable drugs and need to hospitalized for that.

Yes,it is a serious condition as the infection may spread to blood causing septicemia.

Dear Dorctor
Thanks for your reply.
We showed Jinsu to a surgeon here in XXXXXXX She drained the pus and prescribed Cap.Sporidex 500mg two times daily for his condition. Is it ok or the injunction of your suggested medicine is very much essential? Jinsu present condition is very normal and stable and no fever at all. The local doctor says that the prescription Cap.Sporidex 500mg is sufficient for his condition. Pl advise.the pus discharge is from nearby place that opened suddenly with over night pain and discharged huge quantity of pus , not from the fistula created hole.

Brief Answer:
Anal fistula

Detailed Answer:
It appears that the underlying pus collection is quite substantive and it has created a new tract with opening and welling out of pus. You need antibiotic course as advised by your surgeon. Since the pus is drained out further by your surgeon, you will recover.
Sporidex is cephalexin to which the E-coli strain cultured is moderately sensitive but it can be given orally.
That you are not having any fever indicates that there is no systemic spread of infection but it will be prudent to do a complete blood count to see if there is poly mormpho-nuclear leucocytosis with toxic granules in neutrophils.
