Hello
Thanks for the query
I would like to know a few more details in order to help you
1. Was the breathing issue episodic? Did he recover spontaneously later?
2. Did he have chest pain?
3. Any history of cardiac illness in the family?
4. Is he on any medications? Please list them
5. It will be very helpful if you could take the picture of the ECG and attach it to me and also of the echo
Please get back to me, I am awaiting your reply
Regards
