Found High Hcg Levels. Does This Mean I Am Pregnant?

Question: my test result for serum HCG 1.2 mlU/ML and the last period start 17/2 to 22/2 , Does this mean I am pregnant?

Thanks for the query

The HCG levels are strong indicator of pregnancy and becomes positive right from the first day of pregnancy.
The duration since your last menstrual period is about 3 weeks.for this duration the HCG levels for pregnancy are about 5-50mlU/ml. you are having HCG level 1.2mlU/ml which means your not pregnant
