Hello;
Thanks for your query.
Since you have been taking medications for treatment of fertility and induction of ovulation(Ovashield)I shall hope that you get pregnant.
If you have a regular 28 days cycle then you will probably get periods around 28 th of March and if you don't then get a pregnancy test done.
If you need to find out early whether you are pregnant you can get a Beta HCG(beta human chorionic gonadotropin) that is a blood test for pregnancy done to confirm pregnancy.
The test can be done 6-10 days after ovulation or 3 weeks since your last menstrual period so you can get it done.
Once the test is positive then you will need to take these precautions:-
1-You should avoid caffiene containing drinks like black or XXXXXXX tea, coffee, aerated drinks like cola,
2-You should avoid certain foods like unpasteurized cheese, unpasteurized milk, juices XXXXXXX cider raw eggs or foods containing raw eggs including mousse, raw or undercooked fish (like in sushi) or meats,
3-If you have a pet cat you need to stay away from it especially from cleaning its litter(stool and urine),
4-Avoid over the counter medications and do not take any medication without your doctors advice,
5-You should regularly take your thyroid medicines,
6-Keep away from artificial sugar and products that contain these sugars,
7-Avoid close contact with household chemicals like cleaners, pesticides, etc,
8-You should avoid overheating like sauna bath, hot tub bath etc,
9-Avoid exposure to X-rays.
Finally the frequent abdominal pain you have can either be a sign that you may get your periods and it could even be a sign of threatened abortion if you are pregnant.
For this pain you need to consult your Gynaecologist.
Hope this answer is helpful to you.
In case I have missed out on any of your concern do write back and I shall help you.
Please accept this answer if you have no further queries.
Best of luck.
Take care.
Warm regards

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.

I am still having abdominal pain frequently but it is not continuously happening. I am taking daily medicine of Thyroid and Ovaa Shield. If i don't get pregnant this month then please advice how to proceed for next month because I am not sure and scared about not having pregnancy from past 2 months.

You have written for abdominal pain, which can be a sign of periods or abortion if i am pregnant. How can i observed regarding abortion if it happened? Please let me know your views.
