Question: I gargled with hydrogen peroxide yesterday and still have foamy saliva, how do I stop this?

Hi

One day has already passed - Hydrogen peroxide must have cleared by now.
There can not be foam from it now - it can have no relation to it.
Swallowing, of course can cause systemic side effects
Higher concentrations and longer duration gargling could cause burns in the mouth.

No need to worry.
If you feel it persists, an ENT specialist should have a look to clarify
