Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Such symptoms are most likely caused by either urinary tract stones. It is usually associated with burning when urinating and frequent urinating. Glucose presence in the urine is something that allows bacteria to grow and this is most likely causing such recurring infections at your case.
Sometimes lower left abdominal pain can be also caused by diverticulitis. This disease is strongly associated with constipations so if you have had such before, this is also possible.
You should have urine analysis, abdominal ultrasound and blood work. If there is any blood in stool, constipations, weight lost, you should also have colonoscopy performed.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
