Getting Tingling Sensation In Shoulder With No Pain. How To Get Relief?

Question: OFTEN I HAVE TINGELING FEELING IN MY LEFT SHOULDER NO PAIN IT BEGAN 3 WEEKS AGO AND HAPPENS A FEW TIMES A DAY
Hello.........
Thanks for your query. Usually tingling sensation (paraesthesia) in shoulder blade is a normal transient phenomenon duet o hyperexcitability of nerve roots. However, Another common cause is presence of osteophytes (bone spurs) that are usually harmless. They need no intervention. The other causes include recent trauma, underlying occult malignancy or simply excessive use of the shoulder cuff. A thorough neurological examination is necessary to clinch the diagnosis. Usually physiotherapy/ thermal therapy is sufficient in most cases. Hope you found the information useful.
