Groin Pain Radiating Down Leg, No Pain While Lying In Bed, Nodule In Groin But Not Painful

1. Muscle sprain of adductor muscles of thigh.
2. swollen lymph nodes due to infection in the genitalia.
3. Spine related problems like ankylosing spondylosis, disc compression or nerve entrapment.
4. Infections, trauma, etc.
You need a detailed physical examination and related investigations under the care of your primary physician for proper diagnosis.
The treatment will depend on the cause.
Meanwhile continue taking ibuprofen and do a hot fomentation for temporary relief.
