Question: HIV-DUO (serum) by CMIA (IV th Generation test) has an Observed Value - NON REACTIVE (0.13)
CD4 (HelperTCells) Percentage has an Observed Value - 34 %
CD4 (HelperTCells) Absolute has an Observed Value - 760 cells/uL
Can it be concluded --> No AIDS, No HIV

Actually it depends on the time of testing.
If it is more than 28 days after exposure, HIV can be excluded in around 99 % cases.
