Had Colon Cleansing And Pain In Anal Area. Bruised In Colon And Diagnosed As Anal Fissure. Suggest The Cure?

Question: I was on holidays in Czech Republic On Monday 27-05 -2013 , I had a Colon cleansing ( colon hydrotherapy ,also called a colonic irrigation) since I suffer from pain in the anal area, the doctors could not help me so I am writing to you
I went back to the clinic the next day after the procedure( because of the pain) , hoping for help.
After doctor inspected me with the finger- i felt pain like a bruise where the colon terns and make an angle )he said do not worry it's a mechanical damage of the colon with the tub.,it will go away soon. He prescribed suppositories Asacol that helped me for 10 days.
When i cam back to UK (home) I went to the doctors as pain was back. I was consulted by 3 therapist and 3 proctologist . Colonoscopy did not show anything . I went to another doctor .
I told him the whole story , and he immediately suggested that this is an anal fissure , and on examination found her , I was treated 10 days with suppositories, cream, laxatives, i got better, after the treatment i was pain free for a week.
I went to the proctologist again . He didn't not found any fisher and sad that the pain is because of constipation ! (i am not constipating)
so I left the office in shock. I do not know what to do now.
Health history:

(I have gastrates, Duodenitis, hiatus hernia )

The last 5 years I have sometimes painful spasm of the sphincter , but rarely 4-5 times a year, usually lasting about an hour, usually at night
I have had cyst removed from coccyx 20 years ago
I have genital herpes, in that XXXXXXX for the last 20 years
The pain that I feel is not sharp, it is dull , feels like an inflammation around anus , very rear pain in the coccyx XXXXXXX ( where i had my operation,) It hurts more when sitting and lying down , (with defecation no pain no blood) It does not hurt like a cyst which i had before, more like a spasm but not as bad. Also last few weeks i had a sharp pain twice in my right side where the ovaries are while lying down on my side. I was checked recently and they did not found any gynaecological problems.
Please help, what it can be? What shell i to do?
If it is a mechanical damage like was suggested at the beginning, why colonoscopy didn't show anything?
If it is a fisher, why there is no blood and no pain during or after defecation?
Sorry for mistakes i am not an English native speaking person.

Brief Answer:
Could be a Chronic Fissure.....

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for writing in

It is good you have described everything in detail

I would suggest you take care of your stress level and manage your bowel habits

It could have been so that you have had small fissures secondary to hard stool which could have after repeated injuries gone chronic

Take plenty of fluids orally

Add fiber to your diet and manage your stress level

The scar of coccyx can cause pain but not tearing pain in anus

Hope this helps

Hi

Thanks for writing in again

There are chances you have residual inflammation but that would again be seen on a proctological examination

I would suggest irrespective of the diagnosis sitz bath and fiber will help you getting relief

Hope this helps
