Question: Yes. I had retrocele surgery 8 weeks ago. I was very active physically (running, aerobics, kickboxing, boxing). Can I resume exercising now and what do I have to avoid?

As general advice 6 weeks are usually sufficient for healing of a simple surgical wound. Initially activity should start with a brisk walking and jogging for about further 2-3 weeks. Then you can resume your routine, beware to avoid any direct hit at surgical site till next 5-6 months.
