Welcome to Health Care Magic.

The bruising in the pubic area and in the upper parts of the legs may occur due to collection of seepage/blood stained discharge from the umbilical and inguinal sites of surgery. This occurs as fluid will collect in the dependent parts where it is held in fascial planes. The heaviness and sensation of swelling will occur post surgery as it involves both the inguinal regions which will need 4-6 weeks to heal fully.Your surgeon/doctor will be able to examine you and rule out any post -operative complications.Your symptoms do not appear serious, but a review by your doctor would be advisable.
