Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for your query.
The spots as mentioned in your post can be due to:
1. Sexually transmitted infection
2. Infection secondary to poor hygienic condition (in your post you have mentioned not having shower straight after having sex in the night till about lunch the next day)
3. Trauma during sex leading to inflammatory response
If possible, kindly attach a picture of the spots & also let us know about the following:
1. Any similar complaints present in your partner?
2. Presence of similar spots in other part of your body?
3. Any associated symptoms like fever, body ache, pain & burning sensation during passing urine, etc.?
4. Any history of systemic disease like Diabetes, Hypertension, Thyroid abnormalities?
5. Any history of similar lesions in penis in past?
6. History of intake of any medications?
7. Application of soap, shampoo or any cream/ointment over penis?
A knowledge of the above mentioned facts will be helpful for us to understand your concern better & formulate an appropriate management plan.
Hoping to hear from you soon.
Take care.

No similar spots in other part of body.
No pain or anything like that, just itchy.
No history of diseases.
This has happened once before. Almost exact same symptoms. I can't remeber what I got prescribed.
Always use the same body wash for washing.
Thanks.
Ps. I have attached some pictures
Can't remember for this.
Herpes Genitalis
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for your follow up query.
I have gone through the case history & the pictures as attached to your post.
The lesions (spots) are indicative of Herpes Genitalis, a viral infection.
Management involves administration of anti viral medications like Acyclovir.
As it is a prescription drug, it can be obtained only on prescription.
So, kindly XXXXXXX a Dermatologist & get a prescription for the same.
There is no need to worry, you will be fine after the course of the treatment.
Wishing you a Good Health & speedy recovery.
Thanks & take care.
