Had Unprotected Sex Took Unwanted 72 Pill. Feeling Breast Tenderness. Side Effect Of Pill Or Pregnant?

Question: I has unprotected sex with my Girl Friend on afternoon 24 April 2013.
She had her periods same night (24 April 2013).
after 85 hours (> 3 days)she had one Unwanted 72 pill (Levonorgestrel).
one week following that she had bleeding for 3 days (May 4th 2013).
We havent had sex after 24th April . But she is late on her period by more than a
week today ( 31st May 2013 ) and has started feeling breast tenderness/sore.
which as a symptom of periods she has NEVER had it EVER before her periods.
So we are confused and worried as to if the breast tenderness is a late side effect of
the "one" pill she took almost a month ago or anything else?
Its difficult for her to do home pregnancy test because of her house being packed with
people. but never the less we will give her a pregnancy test soon.!
Again I under stand that the breast tenderness could be a side effect, but could it occur that late.?

Hi,,
Thanks for sharing your health concerns.
Amenorrhea meaning a late period coupled with breast tenderness are very suggestive of early pregnancy; although it could be a response to hormonal changes induced by medications, but pregnancy has to be ruled out first and could be more plausible.
Hope this helps, wish you the best,
