After going through your description it seems there is secondary infection in the nose of your daughter .
In this situation she needs continuous antibiotic coverage , after depending on the culture and sensitivity of the infected material from the nose and sinuses.
If the CT scan shows that they are full of disease post operatively (after operation ), in such condition she must go for MRI scan of nose and paranasal sinuses ; as secondarily there are more chances of fungal infection in the sinuses. for that she may require cleaning and antifungal medications.
Get her blood sugars checked
Continue with antibiotics
Continue with nasal sprays and hypertonic nasal wash.
Continue with decongestant., anti inflammatory and analgesic
Continue with gargles like Betadine gargles two times a day.
You must discuss with your ENT surgeon about it.as they are the best judge. as clinical examination can be done by them and most importantly she has been operated by them. They can tell according to the report of culture and sensitivity ,which they have ,about the antibiotics that can be given.
If any doubt do reply.
