Has Tiny Spots Inside Mouth. Has Itching. What To Do?
Question: My son has Tiny red spots or bruise-like areas inside the mouth but he is 8 and hasn't been kissing anyone. He just mentioned it tonight and says it itches

Itchy spots inside mouth can be an allergic reaction.
It can even happen with a food product.
I would like to know whether there is just red spots with itch or there are ulcer also.
Give him an anti histamine syrup like avil. You can apply triamcinolone oral paste on his lesions. This should give him relief.
