Question: I have a large cystic lesion and contains an oval shaped solid component in pelvis and an oval shaped echogenic solid lesion above the umbilicus corresponding to the palapble lump can this be cancerous?

A cystic lesion in the pelvis - if it is a smooth walled well defined regular cyst with no XXXXXXX echoes- then it is likely to be a benign lesion. Such cysts can be related to ovaries, broad ligaments or other pelvic structures. Since the cyst you describe has a solid component, it can be related to a growth inside which can be malignant also.
A palpable solid lesion above the umbilicus can be intra abdominal or due to a swelling in the external abdominal wall like lipoma. A solid intra abdominal lump is worrisome.
You need further investigations like MRI and FNAC of the lump to know about its nature and extent.
