Have A Large Cystic Lesion In Pelvis And Above The Umbilicus. Is This Cancerous?

Thanks for posting your query.
A cystic lesion in the pelvis - if it is a smooth walled well defined regular cyst with no XXXXXXX echoes- then it is likely to be a benign lesion. Such cysts can be related to ovaries, broad ligaments or other pelvic structures. Since the cyst you describe has a solid component, it can be related to a growth inside which can be malignant also.
A palpable solid lesion above the umbilicus can be intra abdominal or due to a swelling in the external abdominal wall like lipoma. A solid intra abdominal lump is worrisome.
You need further investigations like MRI and FNAC of the lump to know about its nature and extent.
I hope this answers your query.
