Have Back Pain, Urinary Incontinence And Unable To Walk. Suggest?
Thanks for posting your query.
The pain in the lower back that you have is likely to be due to degenerative changes in the spine causing a disc prolapse. This might also be causing a compression of the nerve roots causing the muscle weakness and urinary incontinence.
You need an MRI of the spine for proper diagnosis. Consulting a neurologist is recommended.
A combination of pain killer and an oral muscle relaxant along with methylcobalamin supplements will help in symptomatic relief. Lie on a hard bed till then and avoid bending forwards.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
