Have Enlarged Node In The Portahepatis Region. Cause And Cure?
Question: I have an enlarged node 15 mm in the portahepatis region short axis what could be the cause and what are the outcomes

An enlarged porta hepatis lymphadenopathy maybe infective in origin...usually found in Chronic hep b ,Hep c infection.But gut infections can also cause hepatic lymphadenopathy.
I could help you better if you can tell me the reason why an ultrasound was done.
Consult your gastroenterologist if the problem persists
