Hi Dear,
Fixed drug eruption/ reaction is a pattern of drug reaction in which eruption occurs at the same site every time a drug is taken.
Most common site is genital/oral mucosa .
Also I would like to know -
You have a hyperpigmented dark rounded spot or ulceration ?
Can you upload photos of affected area.
Photos can help alot in predicting the condition.
Please answer the above question to suggest you treatment better.
Anticipating your response.

Ok sure, its dark spots you will see from the pictures.
Hi dear,
Thanks for images.
The pigmentation with FDE is at dermal level that is at deeper levels so it is not responsive to ordinary creams.
As the drug cannot reach upto dermis of skin where the pigment producing cells are.
The ideal treatment for this is glycolic acid peeling .
Chemical peeling can only address this type of pigmentation.
It can be done as an office procedure in dermatology clinic.
Also microdermabrasion and fractional CO2 laser can be tried.
Till then you can try TRI LUMA cream on it.Apply on dark spots only and at night time only.
Pls let me know if you need further clarification.
If you are satisfied with answer please accept it and rate it at the end.
I will be available for follow up in future.
Regards.

Hi again,
If left untreated they will remain there for a long time.Usually for years.
Even with treatment they will go away very slowly in 6 months to year.
Hope this helps.
