Have Got Pimples On The Scalp On The Back Of Head, Painful To Touch. Suggest Mild Medication?

I find that only in the last month, i have got pimples on the scalp on the back of my head. They cause little pain when i touch them. Just to be on safer side, i don't touch those pimples often and stopped using hair comb. Should i consult a doctor in person or please suggest any mild medications that might help. Please consider that over the last month the climate has changed from hot to cold. Please also mention any food that i should avoid.

From the description it seems, you are suffering from scalp folliculitis( boils)
A boil is a bacterial infection of hair follicle.
To treat the same
Use antibacterial shampoo like betadine AD or savlon scalp wash daily till boils subside
Apply mupirocin or fusidic acid cream over boils daily.
If too tender take an analgesic like Brufen
Avoid oiling your scalp.
Keep your hair trimmed and short.
Usually with these measures boils should subside. If it does not subside, take oral antibiotic like amoxyclav or dicloxacillin. As this is a prescription drug, you might need its prescription from doctor.Boils have no relation with any food. So no food restriction is required
Hope that answered your query.
Should there be more query, please write back.
