Brief Answer:
Please provide following details.

Detailed Answer:
Respected Sir
For exact interpretation & detailed discussion of these results following more information is needed.
a. If you ever had stroke/ anginal heart disease/ kidney disease/ carotid artery stenosis/ peripheral arterial disease?
b. Do you smoke?
c. Do you have high blood pressure.
d. Do you have history of heart attack/ angina in blood related family member? If yes , at what age it started?
e. Please also share any other medical illness and all your current medicines.
(Otherwise all your values are within normal limits except for the HDL cholesterol levels. This should be more than 40 mg%. The best way to increase it is to do daily exercise under your cardiologist's supervision. You must also lose weight. Ideally it should be ~72 Kg.)
Waiting for your reply with details.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder

Brief Answer:
good profile. HDL needs to be raised.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,
1. The target LDL cholesterol level in your case is 130 mg%. But your actual LDL cholesterol is 80 mg%. Hence it is very good.
2. The only abnormal value is HDL which I discussed in last answer.
Hope this clarifies the issue. Feel free to write if there is anytihng else.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
