Hi,

Colsprin contains aspirin which belongs to the group of medications known as antiplatelet drug is used to prevent blood clots in blood vessels and also relieves pain and inflammation. It can be taken along with other anti-platelets for better action. It is not recommended in patients with bleeding disorder. Close monitoring of platelets count is necessary.

Side effects of Colsprin are nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, heartburn, constipation, yellow colored eyes or skin, skin rashes, irregular heartbeat, acid or sour stomach, drowsiness, irritability, blood in stools, drowsiness, headache, ringing in the ears or hearing problems, fever, stroke or TIA, symptoms of serious allergic reactions like itching, rashes, swelling of lips, face, tongue, throat, hands or feet, wheezing, breathing difficulties, hypotension, dizziness etc. If these side effects persist for long or bother you, then you should consult your doctor promptly for medical attention.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
