Have Immovable Lump On Thigh, Growing, Not Painful, Black Color. What Is It?
Question: 3 months ago, I always scratch my right upper thigh and I have noticed that there's an immovable lump growing and it's not painful.I just feel that its getting bigger about a size of 1cm and it appears black in color.Do you have any idea what is it?and what sort of remedy am I going to take to have it disappear? I rub it with warm ginger and garlic sometimes.I'm really worried because i have an idea that it's a sign of cancer. Please help me answer my questions. Thanks
Hi dear ,
I have gone through your query.
The description and duration of your complain do not signify skin cancer.
It can be sebaceous cyst/keloid /folliculitis/seborrheic keratosis etc.
If you can upload photos of the swelling it can be of great help in predicting the condition.
Also I would like to know-
Is it itchy /painful?
How did it start? Injury or boil?
How is the consistency soft/firm?
Doo you have similar lumps at other sites?
Answer the above to help you better.
