Have Infrequent Absence Seizures. Stressed, Frequently Tired. Low Blood Pressure. Sleep Disorder Or Hypoglycemia?
Thanks for posting your query.
The infrequent absence seizures that you are having could be due to a sleep disorder or a primary brain pathology. Hypoglycaemia is not likely to result in such seizures. Hypoglycaemia is more commonly associated with unconciousness.
To know the exact cause, i encourage you to consult a neurologist for an EEG.
EEG is used to help diagnose seizures and their type. It is also used to evaluate abnormal changes in body chemistry that affect the brain, brain diseases such as Alzheimer's disease, confusion, head injuries, infections, tumors, etc.
EEG is also used to evaluate problems with sleep ( sleep disorders) and investigate periods of unconsciousness.
The treatment will then depend on the cause.
Hope this answers your query. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Please accept my answer in case you do not have further queries.
Wishing you good health.
