My husband is constantly suffering from headaches. Giddiness, n unconsciousness. He gets hyper very soon.. N says m not in my control.. This is since 20 days. We showed it to a neurologist n he suggested tryptomer n naxdom tablet., should we start this course. His age is 29..

Our concerns from HCM , Your physician has started medications for a tension type headache in view of the symptoms. I would advise you to see the improvement in symptoms in a week . If the headache persists or any further episode of unconsciousness or new episode of vomiting then it is better to do an urgent MRI brain with contrast . It is advisable to take Tab.Paracetomol 650mg as headache starts to a maximum of 4 times a day .
