Early Cervical spondylitis.Physio/medication helps

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to the platform of XXXXXXX

Off and on tightness in the back of neck is not at all related to your heart or stroke problem.

Sir, you are developing age related degenerative problems of the musculo skeletal system. You cervical vertebraes are becoming rough and uneven, thus have started irritating the cervical nerve and muscle. Which in turn causing the spasm of neck muscles and tightness.

Physiotherapist will start some exercises and other procedures on your neck muscles and then you will start feeling better.

Physio will also explain you the right posture for long term effect.

Muscle relaxant medicines in initial stage along with the physiotherapy will help you a lot.

Hope the answer is useful to you.

Please feel free for further clarification.

Thanks

Brief Answer:
Cervical spondylitis

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,
Many muscles of the neck are attached to the back of Head. Spasm of these neck muscles is quite usual because of cervical nerve irritation (Cervical spondylitis). So in my opinion this is the most probable cause of head pain on the back.

Whenever blood supply of brain is hampered (ischemia), only then stroke occurs.
Some common symptoms; _
Sudden numbness or weakness in the face, arm, or leg – most often on one side of the body.
Difficulty in coordinated walking
Dizziness
Staggered walking off and on, sometimes people fall down
Confused
Not able to talk/chew/ swallow properly
Many times incoherent/ not able to understand
Often difficulty in vision, sometimes one side or both side,
Headache of strong intensity many times leads to unconsciousness.
And many others--

We should always suspect your problem; to rule out stroke one should always monitor his blood pressure,
Bleeding tendencies to be monitored as you are already on warfarin.
Ct scan Head can tell about any bleed.
Cerebral angiography exactly tells about the any blockage in vessels.

Hope the query is answered.
Please feel free for further clarification.
Thanks
