I been local doctor today and he say it can infection or hernia.
He given me antibiotic medicins n after 7 days if I still have
Pain. I have to do ultrasound.

Of hernia. When I press or when I bend down it pains me little bit..

I think your doctor is right in giving you antibiotics based treatment, you should also receive painkillers if the pain is troubling but I think you do not have pain unless you are pressing on it.
Another thing that comes to my mind is it may be incipient stage of shingles where the eruption occurs in n4-5 days time.
Ultrasound may be useful because sometimes a congestion in the veins around spermatic cord called pampiniform plexus can also produce such vague pain.
if the problem persists even after 5 days of antibiotics get the Ultrasound.
