Hello....
Thanks for your query. Normal potassium levels are 3.5-4.5 which means you are in the low normal range. Potassium levels can lower with diarrhoea, use of diuretics and some antibiotics. In your case i do not see the need to be scared and no intervention is required. However, kindly repeat the test after 2-3 days.
