Have Red Spots On Penis. Is UTI Sexually Transmitted Disease?
Question: I have minute red spots on my glans penis.I feel like urinating frequently.My wife had a urinary infection recently and was treated for it.could it be possible I have picked up the infection from her as we had sexual intercourse after she was treated for it.

Urinary tract infection is not transmitted sexually.
The spots may be infection of the foreskin and glans.
Local antibiotic ointment will help.
You also need urine culture test to look for infection.
Both can be done once you consult urologist.
