Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing in .
The red spots on penis can be balanitis / herpes / erythroplasia ,purpuric spots, furuncles etc.
Also I would like to know-
Is there any pain/itching over the area?
Are there any sores/ulcers over the area?
Are the spots increasing in size no?
Are you on any drugs? (aspirin) oher ?
Can you upload upload photographs of affected area.
Photographs can help a lot in predicting the condition.
Upload the photographs and we can continue the discussion here.

Hi again XXXXXXX
Ive seen the image provided.
It looks like candidial balanitis.
You need to apply hydrozole cream twice daily over the area. It contains hydrocortisone and clotrimazole combination. It will take care of your problem in around 2-3 weeks.
The cream is available over the counter.
Hope this helps.
I will be available for follow up.
