I would like know some more details on your problem to opine better and advice you specifically.

Was your lower back problem diagnosed ?If yes kindly provide me the details .
Do you have numbness in the lower limbs ?
Is the cramping pain in both legs ?
Do you get pain on walking or is it only in the rest ?
Have you tried any medications ?
Are you on any medications for any other illness ?
How long does the calf pain once it starts to?
