Have Tiny Purple Spot On Testicle. Starts Bleeding After Popping. What Could This Be?
Question: I have tiny purple spots on my testicles that bleed when u pop them. The spot comes right back. Doesnt hurt or itch. They have been there for 3 years now. Started with one now there are 4. What are they?

On the basis of appearance and painless lesions which bleed on popping; a possibility of hemangioma is there.
Hemangiomas are benign growths of blood vessels.
In order to exactly characterize these lesions, a clinical examination and a biopsy is required.
In biopsy, a bit of the lesion is excised and examined under a microscope.
