Hi,
Thank you for your question.
Can you answer just a few questions to help me make better diagnosis for you?
1- How old are you?
2- Any other medical problems such as diabetes?
3- Are you on any medications?
4- Any rash or colour change to the area?
5- Any recent injury to the area or insect bite?
6- Can you upload photo of your forearm here?
You can try anti inflammatory tablets and apply ice in towel locally as 1st step of treatment.
Kind regards

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for your reply.
It seems that you have soft tissue inflammation or infection.
If you feeling well in yourself with no raised body temperature and able to move arm and hand fully without pain then try anti-inflammatory tablets such as ibuprofen three times per day for 3 days and also some ice locally and arm elevation.
Otherwise you need to have blood test to check for infection.
kind regards
