Buprenorphine(Subutex) does not cause abnormal result in blood clotting.
It is Naproxen(Aleve) which causes it.
Naproxen(Aleve) is a Nonsteroidal anti inflammatory drug(NSAID).
This has antiplatelet action.
The hematological complication of this drug is platelet dysfunction which causes increase in the bleeding time.(Prone to more bleed due to failure to form clots).
So this drug might has increased your bleeding and clotting time in the blood test.
this may be the reason for which the doctor would want your blood to be tested again.
