Only low back pain or any radiation along leg? How bad is the pain? Duration? Sudden onset or gradual? Worsening by any particular activity? Any spine xrays done?

Based on x-ray of LS SPINE AP & LAT VIEWS, following was mentioned in the report - syndesmophytes are seen involving L2-L4 vertebral bodies. Please share more information on this. Also help us understand the treatment for the same.

These are age related changes in spine with excess bone formation. Back pain may be due the changes in the spine. Usually regular physiotherapy and medicines should help. Thanks.
