Heard Loud Crack In Neck. What Could This Be?

Question: I heard a loud crack in my head/neck now I can't move to the right at all
Hello and welcome to XXXXXXX
A loud crack in your head/ neck region followed by inability to move the head/ neck suggests strain in the muscles present in the head/ neck area.
Give some rest to your neck and keep it immobile for some time.
You can apply a topical muscle relaxant.
Along with it you can take an oral muscle relaxant- serratiopeptidase preparation along with pain killer.
Hot fomentation can also be given to the affected area.
Try these home remedies and if the symptoms do not relieve after few days, you can visit your doctor for a clinical examination.
If you have more queries, I will be glad to answer.
