Suggest Treatment For Multiple System Atrophy

pl give answer if this consultation is free .other wise please the answer.I am suffering with multiple atrophiesof the brain and iam having symptoms of jerks in the right showlder muscles involuntary right lower limb with out pains anywhere in the body .I was priscribed Paracetam, Clopedogril, atova stin ,asprin and pacitone tablets fo one month. Can I continue Pacitone for a long time ? jerks stopped on the next day of treatment. Let me know alternative treatment. Thank you

Pacitane is a safe medicine. You can continue it in case you aren't getting side effects like dryness of mouth, constipation and urinary hesitancy. Other medicines also have to be continued.
