Brief Answer:
Detail history and complain beside MRI is must

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for posting
The MRI report, suggestive of tendinosis is sufficient to have second opinion.
The suffering you are going through takes time to heal and one has to have patience and avoid jogging, lifting heavy weights and minimum stairs climbing till the signs of healing are there.Unfortunately, there is no quick remedy but conservative measures like shoe inserts, calf stretching, kinaesthesia tape along with tablet.tendocare and Ibuprofen helps in early recovery.
So, have patience and do not lose hope. You will be able to run once again.
Wishing you good health and early recovery. If you have further query I shall be glad to answer them.
Take care
