Thanks for writing to us.
For minimizing the pain you have already taken a pain killer. If there is no relief, you can repeat the dosage at least after six hours or you can take tylenol- acetaminophen.
Applying ice packs and cold cloths will also help to minimize the pain, burning sensation and the redness. If applied immediately, it decreases the formation of blisters.
White Distilled Vinegar is an old remedy, it works wonders. It smells terrible, but it pulls the heat out and makes the sting go away! If you put it on and let it soak in over night, you'll wake up in the morning feeling quite a bit better.
You can apply an antiseptic ointment t decrease the chances of infection.
Before monday it is better if you take a tetanus toxoid shot and start with some broad spectrum antibiotic to prevent the infection. It will be too late by monday.
I hope my answer and recommendations are adequate and helpful. Waiting for your further follow up queries if any.
Regards.

You can get acetaminophen or ibuprofen over the counter at your nearest pharmacy. These mild pain killers will be helpful.
Wishing you an early recovery.
