Brief Answer:
You will need to use complete treatment plan .

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for the query.

I have read your query , reviewed your medications and understand your concern.

Chronic sinusitis is often because of mixed aerobic & anaerobic organisms . Saphylococcus aureus is common. You will need antibiotic like Ofloxacin + ornidazole or cefuroxime .

To help you better , i would advice kindly upload CT Scan report of nose here if done earlier .

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice you use complete treatment plan .
My treatment plan for you as follow ,
Steam Inhalation twice daily,
Saline nasal rinse or spray thrice daily like solspre ,
Combination Steroid nasal spray with antihistamine 2 puff each nostril twice daily like Duonase &
antibiotic Ofloxacin + ornidazole or cefuroxime .

You will need to see your doctor to get a prescription .
You will also need to continue steroid nasal spray for long period if you are having nasal allergy .

Hope it is helpful to you . If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Regards .

I tried a powerful antibiotics prescribed to me by the hospital doctor (I can't remember the antibiotics name now), and after that I used the steroid nasal spray. I also use the saline spray every now and then. I can't keep using antibiotics because the one I used was very powerful according to the hospital doctor. The steroid made the symptoms worse drastically. The meat I used to eat has got remnants of antibiotics without my knowledge until I knew that very late that only organic meat is void of antibiotics in Canada.

Use complete treatment plan . It is more effective.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for the follow up query.

I would advice you use complete treatment plan . It is more effective than individual medication.
You need take 7 days antibiotic course with other medication as advised by me .

You will also need to continue steroid nasal spray for long period if you are having nasal allergy . Allergy can only be controlled but difficult to cure completely . It causes recurrent sinus infection .

Gargle with water 20 mins after nasal spray use to remove any spray coming to throat .
To help you better , i would advice kindly upload CT Scan report of nose here if done earlier or get done .

Hope it is helpful to you . If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Regards .
