Why You were started on citalopram lately?
Do u have pain while peeing?

It is very unlikely condition to have insect inside penis.
As the penile urethra is very narrow and survival inside it for insect is very difficult.
I doubt that you have some traumatic injury or infection of urethra or it may be a hallucination of insect crawling.

I advise you to visit your physician for proper diagnosis and treatment of your condition.

Meanwhile you can take urinary alkalinizer.
Drink a lot of water.
Continue with your medication Of Citalopram ,ciprofloxacin,antiparkinson medication.

Causes of pain in penis are trauma (while intercourse or otherwise), hormonal problems, diabetes, Acute infection.

A visit to urologist will help in diagnosis and treatment of the same.

X XXXXXXX USG ,Urine microscopy will be helpful.

Treatment depends on cause.

For the time being you can take analgesics like ibuprofen or tramadol with paracetamol.

Renalka is an urinary alkalinizer. Renalka also has anti–inflammatory and antiseptic effects and relieves the pains related to urinary disorders.

It is very unlikely to have insects biting inside the Penis.

Maintain good genital hygiene, I feel you should be fine in some days.

I suggest you to continue with your ongoing medications and you can try this analgesics.
