Question: How can I reduce yellowness of my teeth? I bruch my teeth for about 10 minutes.

This is Dr. XXXXXXX jaiswal answering your query.first of all there is no need to brush for so long.if u brush for 5 min twice daily with a proper brushing technique den thats sufficient. yellowness of teeth can be due to poor oral hygiene causing plaque and tartar deposition.it can be due to some other reasons also like side effect of sum drugs,more iron content in water or frequent intake of tea or coffee.

if i were your treating doctor i wud first go for full mouth scaling (cleaning) and polishing.den after bleaching of the teeth to get rid off the yellowness.
