No relief with medicine. Really bad today. I go hot cold hot cold. To the point that my hair is wet or I need a blanket on the other extreme. I do have an infection in my belly button

Chest pain yesterday between my breasts and to the left of my chest lasting an hour or so. Right arm hurt. No change in food other than I'm not hungry very often and don't tend to eat much without getting full. No itching on the bruise. I am a diabetic that struggles with my numbers

Brief Answer:
Systemic manifestations of umbilical sepsis. guidelines suggested.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear

Thanks for the details with photograph .

* There is inflammatory reaction in the body from umbilical infection with possible
blood sugar alterations .

* Suggestions for better recovery

- As there is no relief from medicine for vomiting , must seek medical attention
immediately for laboratory test and further management .
- Till then can consume cap.omeprazole ( 20 ) mg on empty stomach with sips
of water , followed by tab. tylenol ( 500 ) mg after 1 hour for primary relief .

- So far as bruise is concerned , it requires surgical excision later on .

Hope this will help you for sure .

Wishing you fine recovery .

Regards .
