How Can A Dark Mole On The Foot Be Treated?

Question: I have a dark mole on my foot. Im XXXXXXX XXXXXXX I think its been there for a while. The boarders are pretty even and the color is consistent. Is it just a mole or could it be melanoma?

My feet itch sometimes maybe due to the driness but no bleeding ever. The size has been consistent for the last year or 2 ive seen it. I think it may have been lighter when i was younger but im not sure. I had something similar on my palm when i was a kid but that one has faded away. It wasnt as dark though. I uploaded a picture of the whol foot for you to see. About 2 people on my dad's side had cancer but none on my mom's.

* Considering the appearance and history it is static, has smooth well defined margins , does not bleed going in favor of benign nature at present .

* Can turn into melanoma in future ( we pray God , that does not happen ) .

- Keep watch on its progress of size , if any change in shape , color , irregularity of margins , bleeding immediately contact your doctor & get excision biopsy .

- No active treatment required at present .
