Brief Answer:
Future pregnancy is not likely to be influenced.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
You are on the correct line of management. Suppression of ovulation along with anti-inflammatory drugs helps to resolve the cyst. Your future pregnancy is not likely to be influenced.
You need regular follow up to check the progress and the size of the cyst. You may need few more cycles if the cyst regression is not satisfactory. Considering your age, you are likely to respond well.
Hope I have answered your query. Please feel free to contact for further clarification. I will be happy to help.

i have attach my report of cyst ...how will this cyst can be cured naturally ??
Brief Answer:
Detailed below.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing back.
Inhibition of ovulation through use of hormones helps in cyst regression. Functional cysts less than 2.5 cm. in size are managed medically while those larger than this need surgical removal.
I have gone through your attached report and observed the findings. As your cyst is larger, it remains to be seen if it regresses with medical management. Else, surgical removal is needed, which should be the least preferred if you continue to respond well.
Hope I have clarified your query. Please feel free to contact for further information. I will be ready to help.

how much percent chance to recover from medicine ?.. please tell me ... and i am feeling heavy pain at this time what should i do?
Brief Answer:
Pain relief can be obtained by using NSAID/paracetamol.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing again.
Hemorrhagic ovarian cysts have good chance of spontaneous resolution. Very few need surgical removal. I cannot give you the exact percentages, as I do not have the statistics. If the cyst grows, fails to respond to conservative management or causes pain, surgical removal may be needed.
Pain relief can be had by using paracetamol or any of the NSAID s. If you do not find relief, please inform your consultant for further management. If the pain is severe, inform your consultant immediately. Do not lift heavy objects and abstain from intercourse, if you are sexually active, until you find relief.
Hope your query has been answered. Please contact if you need anything else.
