Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Primary concern is to find out the root cause of the hematuria with the help of necessary tests such as:

- Urine culture - blood coagulation profile - serum creatinine
- Ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis - diagnostic cystoscopy
- CT scan with contrast IVP (if creatinine is normal)

Once the final diagnosis is confirmed, then only the line of action to cure the condition can be figured out.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
