How Can A Mole On The Sole Of The Foot Be Treated?

Question: Hello and thanks; On the sole of my left foot there's what seems to be the beginning of a mole. I discovered it after wearing sandals and it felt as though my foot arch was bruised or very tender. That sensation has abated after I stopped wearing those "shoes" but it is a little tender and, at times, has a slight itch. I've never had a wart so was wondering if it might be a Planter's wart? It doesn't have small micro black dots but then it may be "young" . It feels like the diameter of a pencil eraser and is only slightly raised. I'm 65 and in great health otherwise

I hope that my photo was done correctly. I uploaded it but not certain that it was received by you. However, there is pain on pressure. The photo isn't dramatic as this anomaly is new to me therefore, not highly raised.

Brief Answer:
Possibility of a vasculitic lesion
Detailed Answer:
Thank you.
I have viewed the image. It neither looks like a mole nor does it look like a wart.
It is just a red, illdefined, flat spot. I will keep a possibility of a vasculitic lesion. I suggest you to take an Oral anti inflammatory/painkiller e g ibuprofen or diclofenac tab, twice daily for a week.
In addition I suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g tab. cerizine 10mg once daily.
Regards
