How Can A Painful Bump In The Mouth Be Treated?

Question: Hi doctor, 3 days ago I found (it can be feeling by tongue and after it already by finger) little bump. About 3mm long and 2m raised. It's white little painful and hot and after touch little bleeding. Cartilagineous consistence I think. Shoul I be worry?

from the pictures you have attached it appears to me like a mucous retention cyst..it is an incidental finding..
best would be to go for an excision biopsy..i.e. Removed and get it checked from pathologist..
No tobacco at all..
The adjacent gums are also unhealthy..please consult a dentist..

Thanks for the follow up query
in my opiniin it seems to be a benign lesion only..you can apply kenacort gel on this
also use hexidine mouth wash ..
if there is any increase in the size or you have any discomfort, please visit a surgeon..
