How Can A Painful Cyst On The Back Be Treated?

Question: Hello Dr.
My name is xxxxxxx.My wife age 42Y.
Boil has grown up on her back.
local Dr said this is due to sweating. it has to be removed by small surgery.Request you to kindly suggest other remedies.
